Organization plan
How organization licenses work
Buy licenses in bulk, then give them to people by email.
No license keys
Each license is bound to an employee's email. They just sign in.
Up to 5 devices each
Everyone can use up to 5 devices. The owner can limit people to 1.
People come and go
When someone switches computers, the owner unbinds the old one. Removing someone frees their license.
Admins stay in charge
Admins approve recovery on a new device, and projects can go to company storage.

Plan questions
What happens after the trial?
You keep the Free plan: one computer, up to 20 GB in the cloud, manual moving. Bringing projects back always works, on every plan and after any plan ends. Only moving new projects past the Free limits needs Pro or an Organization license.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Move between monthly and yearly, or from Free to Pro, whenever you like. To move to an Organization license, sign in with your work email. Your projects and storage stay exactly where they are.
What counts as a device?
Each computer or phone signed in with your email counts as one. Pro covers up to 5, and so does each Organization license unless the owner sets a lower limit. To make room, sign a device out in Settings → Devices on any of them.
Can you read my data?
No. Everything is encrypted with AES-256-GCM on your device before it's uploaded, with keys only you have. Your storage holds unreadable pack files, and our server only receives counts and versions.
How many licenses come with Organization?
The Organization plan comes in blocks of licenses, shown on the plan above. Need more, or a custom setup? Contact us.
Do you charge for storage?
No storage fees from us: ColdStore uses the storage you already have, such as Google Drive, iCloud Drive, S3, or a drive or NAS.
